How It Works · Range · Operating Conditions
A net launcher is a non-lethal restraint device. Pulling the trigger releases a captured, self-expanding net that travels toward the target and envelops it, restraining movement without impact, piercing or electric shock.
The effective range is 5-10 meters depending on the model and conditions, keeping the operator at a safe stand-off distance.
The single-shot model expands to approximately 2.4m x 2.4m and the dual-shot model to 2.25m x 2.25m — wide enough to envelope an adult.
The single-shot model (JC-NG-03) carries one net; the dual-shot model (JC-DNG-06) carries a 2-net magazine and launches both within 2 seconds at 32 m/s for follow-up restraint.
Both single-shot and dual-shot models operate from -10°C to 50°C, unaffected by air pressure or altitude, with a 4-year / 1000-launch design life.
Yes — launch performance does not depend on ambient light, so night operation is unaffected. Aiming does require the operator to see the target clearly, so in complete darkness we recommend pairing the launcher with a tactical flashlight or night-vision equipment; the unit has no built-in illumination module.
Injury Risk · Legal Use · Import Compliance
It is designed for non-contact restraint with no penetration or blunt impact. As with any use-of-force tool, users must be trained and follow their agency's rules and local regulations.
When used within the specified 5-10 m range and aimed at the center of the torso, injury risk is controllable — the target is restrained by the net with silicone-padded pull heads, with no penetration, impact or electric shock. Misuse or unlawful use (aiming at the head, firing at close range, or use against vulnerable groups) carries legal risk. Buyers should confirm local laws and regulations, communicate usage restrictions clearly, and establish training and usage-record systems.
Legality varies by country and region — some markets impose strict import controls or special permit requirements on police and security equipment. Before importing, confirm the import license requirements, end-user qualification requirements, and whether local law-enforcement authorities recognize the device as compliant equipment. We provide technical specifications and intended-use documentation to support your discussions with the relevant authorities — contact hello@zanxglobal.com.
Yes. Physical net capture is ideal for humane animal management — the UHMWPE net (120 N tensile strength) with silicone-padded pull heads holds the target without injury so it can be recovered, treated or relocated.
Train-the-Trainer · OEM
We provide a Train-the-Trainer program: we first train your sales and technical team, who then train end users in their market. For key markets and major orders, we can dispatch factory trainers to your location (travel costs billed separately). Multilingual training videos and operation manuals are included — we recommend positioning training as a competitive differentiator.
Yes. We provide tailored development including specialized sensors (gas, smoke, motion), data analysis modules, alert mechanisms and embedded AI algorithms on our security platform.
Our team replies within one business day — agency evaluations, compliance files and training programs welcome.
